AVO-V1A2-WP-F Composite Video & Audio Wallplate Balun

The Intelix AVO-V1A2-WP-F balun is an ideal solution for transmitting composite video and ultra-high quality stereo audio up to 2,200 feet over structured cabling, such as Cat 5. Used in pairs or with a rack-mountable AVO-V1A2-F balun, AVO-V1A2-WP-F baluns replace bulky coaxial cable and utilize a building's existing structured cabling network. The AVO-V1A2-WP-F features female RCA connectors on a standard decora plate.

Example System

Example System 1: An AVO-V1A2-WP-F wallplate balun and an Intelix AVO-V1A2-F rack-mountable balun connects a DVD player to a remote plasma and an audio receiver. Audio and video from the DVD player is balanced by the source balun, transmitted over the Cat 5 cabling, and then unbalanced by the receive balun. The audio from the DVD player is sent to the audio receiver and the video is sent to the plasma.
