The Intelix
AVO-V1-ST-PAIR-F
balun set is an ideal solution for transmitting composite video
over structured cabling, such as Cat 5. AVO-V1-ST-PAIR-F baluns
replace bulky coaxial cable and are perfect for security and
video signage applications. The AVO-V1-ST-PAIR-F's spring tension
connections allow the transmission of four devices over a single
cable. The Intelix AVO-V1-ST-PAIR-F includes two baluns.

System 1: The video from two remote security cameras
is routed to a switcher via two AVO-V1-ST-PAIR-F balun
sets. 2200 feet of Cat 5 cabling connects the baluns.
Because the AVO-V1-ST-PAIR-Fs feature spring tension and
not RJ45 connectors, the Cat 5 cable shield must
be stripped back so that the four individual cable pairs
