Each system
provides eight HDMI inputs, eight HDMI outputs, and eight twisted
pair outputs. Plus, a built-in touch screen delivers front panel
source selection and matrix routing with ease. Third-party control
systems integrate seamlessly via RS232, Ethernet or IR. In addition,
the DIGI-HDMI-8X8 features eight pass-through IR channels which
distribute remote IR commands from in-room controllers, through
compatible Intelix twisted pair extenders, up to 150 feet over
twisted pair cable, and out of the matrix, allowing complete
control of remote sources from the destination. The Intelix
DIGI-HDMI-8X8 is the ultimate solution for whole house and commercial

Example
System 1: HDMI audio/video from four sources are transmitted
to an Intelix DIGI-HDMI-8X8 matrix and routed to four
monitors. The two local monitors are connected with an
HDMI cable, the two remote monitors are connected with
unshielded twisted pair cable. DIGI-HDMI-HR-R
and DIGI-HDMI-IR-R receivers
complete the connection.
