DIGI-VGASD-WP-S Wallplate Send Balun |

The Intelix
DIGI-VGASD-WP-S active send balun distrbutes VGA video, stereo
audio, and control signals over a single twisted pair cable,
such as Cat 5 or Cat 6. The unit mounts into a double-gang,
double deep wallbox and features a local monitor output. When
used with a compatible Intelix receive balun, the DIGI-VGASD-WP-S
features 1600x1200 VGA video performance, high-fidelity 20 Hz
to 20 kHz audio performance, and IR or bi-directional RS232
extension up to 350 feet over a single twisted pair cable. The
unit requires power and includes a 5V power supply. Remote power
may be sent over 18 gauge stranded wire. The DIGI-VGASD-WP
send and receive balun are double-gang and fit into a double-deep
wallbox.

Example
System 1: A computer sends VGA video, stereo audio,
and RS232 to two remote monitors over 350 feet of Cat
5 cable. The DIGI-VGASD-WP-S send balun provides local
monitor and audio outputs. The receive balun splits the
signal to both outputs. Both the send and receive balun
are powered.
